Mr David Kamau Mumo is an Education Specialist with Educate A Child (EAC) program under the Qatar based Education Above All Foundation. David has experience in managing and implementing a wide range of education programs such as Education in Emergencies, alternative learning programs, EMIS, and assessments of numeracy and literacy skills (EGRA/EGMA). David joined EAC from UNICEF Kenya where he led the expansion of education programs in refugee camps, and prior to that, he was a specialist with the Aga Khan Foundation East Africa, supporting increased education access for marginalized children. David holds a Master’s degree in Education (Administration) from Kenyatta University, and a postgraduate certificate in Educational Sector Planning from IIEP-UNESCO.
