Madeleine Ross, a community organizer and researcher, partners with young people to build healthier communities. Working at the intersections of youth engagement, policy development, and participatory research, she advocates for intergenerational collaboration as a catalyst for social innovation. Her expertise spans program development and evaluation, collective impact, and initiatives promoting youth well-being, children’s rights, democratic citizenship education, gender equity, and access to education. She holds a BA in Ethics, Society and Law, Canadian Studies, and Political Science from the University of Toronto and an M.Ed in Social Justice Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.
