Dr. Richmond designs technology-based interventions to deliver educational content to underserved populations in low resource environments. He has helped create ICT tools in a diverse array of technical areas including delivering high fidelity mental health training, helping teachers collect actionable feedback on student performance to improve their instruction, teaching reading to the deaf, and training youth in entrepreneurial skills. He has supported various EDC programs across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
