Darcy Radcliffe has directed high school orchestra in Abilene, Texas since 2001 and is the creator of the internationally acclaimed fiddle group, “Revolution Strings” which was featured on the National Public Radio show “From the Top.” She received her Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Hardin Simmons University where she studied with Ms. Celeste Myall. Mrs. Radcliffe is the recipient of several awards including the American String Teachers Association’s Marjorie Keller Young Teacher of the Year Award in recognition of outstanding promise in string education.

Revolution Strings has been featured at several conferences including the National Association of School Boards convention and have performed alongside renowned musicians such as Mark O’Connor and Riders in the Sky. In addition, Revolution Strings has continued to share their music around the world with performances in China, Europe and Canada. Revolution Strings has released two albums; the most recent entitled Homegrown
