In her role within the CEO’s Office of Qatar Foundation (QF), Aysha Al Mudahka is responsible for leading and managing strategic initiatives that have organization-wide impact and connect QF’s mission areas with Qatar’s public and private sectors, with the goal of establishing partnerships.

Mrs. Al Mudahka is also tasked with fostering knowledge and science diplomacy with, and promoting the value of partnerships to, external bodies on behalf of QF; project management and delivery; and providing strategic planning support for key organizational initiatives within the CEO’s Office.

Before joining QF, Mrs. Al Mudahka was CEO of Qatar Business Incubation Center (QBIC), one of the MENA region’s leading business incubation hubs. During this time, she was ranked among the Top 100 Most Powerful Arab Women by CEO Middle East Magazine, and as the 32nd most influential Qatari by Arabian Business Qatar.

Mrs. Al Mudahka began her career at the Qatar Financial Centre and the Qatar Finance and Business Academy, before, in 2007, volunteering at INJAZ Qatar, an organization that prepares young people to succeed in the global economy. She became its Executive Director in March 2011, and remains a member of its board.
