Shirley Jiangxue Pan is the founder and the chairwoman of Adream Foundation. She is also a member of the 13th Shanghai CPPCC (Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference). Shirley received her Master’s Degree from the Central University of Finance and Economics. She served as a senior executive at various financial institutions and corporate institutions in China. In 2007 Shirley founded Adream to realize equal access to quality education and facilitate social progress. She adopted business management methods and tools to improve the efficiency of the foundation. Under her leadership, Adream Foundation has become a major actor in China’s education and charity sector.
