As Executive Director, Mr Bulayev has driven Educate!’s extraordinary growth from a volunteer-run scholarship program for a small number of refugees to a scalable, high-impact model that reached more than 80,000 youth in 2014 and is on its way to transforming secondary education systems across Africa.
