Vivian is a Global Education Partnerships and Programme Specialist at UNESCO where she builds partnerships and provides strategic guidance to take forward key initiatives for the global education cooperation through the renewed High-Level Steering Committee (HLSC) and the SDG 4 Youth and Student (SDG4Youth) and Civil Society (CCNGO) networks. Youth is a key priority in her work, and she works closely with multi-stakeholder partners to develop the SDG4Youth network to serve as the network and constituency for youth and students to take action on SDG 4. Previously she served as an internal auditor at UNESCO and a Regulatory and Governance Policy Analyst at the OECD.
