In her role as Well-being Facilitator at Qatar Academy Doha, Elizabeth Kennedy was instrumental in the dramatic shift in student leadership, empowerment and agency. Now as Assistant Principal, Elizabeth shapes the culture and builds community at Qatar Academy Doha through a multiversity approach to igniting student agency within her student community. After 15 impactful years in education, including 6 years at QAD, Elizabeth seeks to build upon the momentum she and her teams have created through increased focus on learning through community engagement.
