Having lived and studied in the United States and the Arab world, Noor is curious about how successful learning looks like across cultures and societies and how traditional and non-traditional spaces fit in each society’s educational landscape. Noor majored in mathematics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and spent a year teaching high school math in Jordan before pursuing independent study in Doha.

As a WISE Learner, Noor was a speaker at the 2011 WISE Summit and participated in the World Literacy Summit in Oxford, United Kingdom, on April 1-4, 2012.
