Lamia is co-founder of Lynx Educate and she is its Chief Academic Officer. A committed educator who is passionate about helping students realize their full potential, Lamia was a Physics teacher for a few years before serving as Dean, and then as CEO of both an engineering and business school in Paris: ECE and European Business School. In these roles, she shaped the strategic direction of each institution through focus on innovation, quality and the changing landscape of research and learning, in an international context.

She holds a PhD in Nanophysics from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI) and a Master of Science in Education.
