Victoria studied education at Instituto Pedro Poveda and an undergraduate degree in innovation at San Andrés University. She loves to work with kids and explore different learning methodologies. She has spent 10 years inside classrooms and 4 years designing curriculum and content. She has a rich combination of academia and fieldwork. She believes good edtech tools are the ones that enrich the learning experiences of both students and teachers. She always says that students must be at the center of every pedagogical design process. She truly believes that education is the way to build a better society and that OX can play a vital role. She is the one that makes sure things get done. At OX people say she is more engineer that the engineers in the team!
