Dwayne Iserief is the co-founder and COO of Uptale. He lives in Paris, France. Half Belgian half Dutch, he moved to France in 1995 after graduating with an MBA from INSEEC institute. He joined the consulting company, Phineo on a “Startup project” in the field of sports in the US. This experience gave him the urge to launch his own startup. In 2013 he launched with a friend, LOUIS Creative Workshop, a Parisian ad agency specialized in street art in Paris and Los Angeles. After implementing great projects for five years for corporations of all kind, he wanted to create a tech solution that can make a real difference to people’s lives which lead him to founding Uptale with three other co-founders.
