Chantal is the Strategic Advisor in School Leadership at VVOB in Rwanda.  Her main responsibilities are to provide strategic advice and technical support to VVOB and its partners in Rwanda and in the African Region with regard to educational leadership.  She also acts as co-chair of the school leadership task force within Rwanda Basic Education Board. Before joining VVOB, she was a lecturer at the University of Rwanda-College of Education. Chantal holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration.
