{"id":11429,"date":"2025-11-04T22:21:39","date_gmt":"2025-11-04T22:21:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wise.staginglinks.com\/?post_type=biography&#038;p=11429"},"modified":"2025-11-04T22:21:39","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T22:21:39","slug":"yi-hwa-liou","status":"publish","type":"biography","link":"https:\/\/wise.staging-dev.com\/ar\/biography\/yi-hwa-liou\/","title":{"rendered":"Yi-Hwa Liou"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Management at the National Taipei University of Education.\u00a0 Yi-Hwa\u2019s research primarily focuses on leadership and development, organizational dynamics and learning, and networked learning communities, with a particular methodological emphasis on social network analysis.\u00a0 Yi-Hwa has been leading and participating in multiple (inter)national research projects and working with research teams\/scholars around the evolution of organizational networks and systemic change at different levels of education.\u00a0 This has led to her publication record in top-tier leadership or general education journals.\u00a0 She currently serves on the editorial boards for\u00a0<i>Journal of School Leadership<\/i>,\u00a0<i>School Leadership &amp; Management<\/i>,\u00a0<i>Bloomsbury<\/i>\u00a0Book Series Editorial Team, and as a former guest editor for\u00a0<i>International Journal of Educational Research<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Yi-Hwa is the recipient of the 2019 AERA Division A Early Emerging Scholar Award and the 2018 Ta-You Wu Memorial Award from the Ministry of Science and Technology in Taiwan, and also a research fellow of the Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change.\u00a0 She is currently conducting several longitudinal projects using a design-based approach to organizational innovation by looking into the effect of network interventions on the development of individual and organizational capacity for improvement.\u00a0 She is committed to using network concepts and analysis to support organizational systems\u2019 strategic planning and development.\u00a0 You can learn more about her work at:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ntue.academia.edu\/YiHwaLiou\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/ntue.academia.edu\/YiHwaLiou<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":11431,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"members-type":[873],"class_list":["post-11429","biography","type-biography","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","members-type-authors"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
