She established and is leading the Education Workforce Initiative (EWI) and High Touch High Tech (HTHT) Initiative and supports the Education Commission\u2019s strategy development. Prior to that, Amy worked as a consultant in the areas of innovations in education and portfolio\/programme\/ organization strategy, design and evaluation. Previously, Amy was Head of International Education at Ark where she developed and implemented Ark\u2019s first international education strategy, and Deputy Chief Executive of Future Leaders, a UK-focused school leadership organisation. Amy\u2019s previous career was as a management consultant for Deloitte, IBM, and PwC.
