Dr. Cathy Krop is an Associate Professor of Clinical Education at the USC Rossier School of Education. At Rossier, she is the K-12 Concentration Chair, Course Coordinator for the Organizational Change and Leadership program, and serves on institutional curricular and governance committees. Her areas of focus include improving educational outcomes for traditionally marginalized populations, educational leadership and governance, and emerging markets and ideas in education globally. Throughout her career, at Rossier and the RAND Corporation, she has worked on education policy development and implementation in a wide variety of global contexts, focused on equity.
