Eddie Dutton joined ECW in September 2019 as Emergency Manger- Education based in ECW’s Geneva Office.  He has spent the last 10 years working with UNESCO and UNICEF in both humanitarian and development contexts specifically in Bangladesh, Jordan, Lebanon, and Tanzania. He brings to ECW a professional and technical background in refugee education, education sector planning and response planning and programme management. He is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of ECW funded projects and programmes in crisis-affected countries.
