General Director of the Center for the Development of Public Management and Educational Policies at FGV and Professor at the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration – FGV EBAPE. He worked from 2004 to 2014 at the Ministry of Education, where he held the positions of Minister of State, Executive Secretary, and President of the National Fund for Educational Development.
