Mr. Lahoucine Oubari is a certified teacher by the Ministry of Education of the Kingdom of Morocco and a researcher in Constitutional Law and Political Science at Ibn Zohr University.

He is interested in enhancing education and fostering innovation in the Arab World. He has a bachelor degree in public law. He is also an active member of the “Supporting School of Success” association (Da’em Madrasat Al-Najah). He is a founding member of, and an active contributor to the Arabic blog “New-Educ.com” specialized in education, education technology and innovative teaching ideas and methods from around the world This blog aims to spread the culture of education and the awareness of the importance of e-learning techniques among Arabic-speaking teachers. It also aims to enrich the Arabic content, and encourage scientific research and reading in the field of educational technology.
