Leena Zaher is a Senior Education Specialist with Education Above All Foundation where she leads the programmatic and monitoring and evaluation functions within the foundation’s Innovation Directorate. She is passionate about designing and evaluating impactful education programs. She holds a Master’s degree in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
