He formerly served as the Director of Policy and Research at the Office of Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser and has held significant roles with the Organization of Ibero-American States and UNESCO. Leonardo holds an MA in Public Policy from the University of Sheffield and a BA in Political Science from the University of Brasilia. He has authored several publications on youth and education.
