Livia AJ Jesacher-Roessler is a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Innsbruck at the Institute for Teacher Education and School Research. Her work focuses on school development research and educational regions with a special focus on leadership research in schools in the context of regional school development. In current projects (Modellregion Bildung Zillertal) she researches success factors of the comprehensive school and examines supporting role structures for school development in rural areas. In her work for the National Center for Learning Schoolsher main interest lies in education systems and network research. In addition, she is the network coordinator of the German-speaking network for innovative learning environments (ILE) and section head of the school research and school development department of the Austrian Society for Educational Research (ÖFEB).
