María Luisa Vásquez holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a master’s degree in public policy from Duke University. She has worked for the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Peru, J-PAL LAC, the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation and the International Finance Corporation. She has significant experience in promoting the use of evidence in policymaking and on projects to design evidence-based Early Childhood Development policies.
