Mark Roland is a Program Director of the Global Education practice at Results for Development (R4D). He co-leads R4D’s efforts to equip practitioners and policymakers with information and analysis to strengthen education systems. Mark has worked across a number of sub-topics within global education, including early childhood development, innovation in education and workforce development.
