Max McCabe is the Chief Operating Officer at the Education Outcomes Fund (EOF). Hosted by the United Nations, EOF builds partnerships across public, private, philanthropic, and social sectors to improve learning and employment outcomes for disadvantaged children and youth. Max leads EOF’s operations and partnership teams, working to deliver EOF’s mission to pay for impact at scale and drive systems change in global education.
