Máximo Plo is the Director of Operations of Cultural Infusion for Europe. He focuses on building intercultural harmony with the Diversity Atlas, a tool that organizations use to discover their cultural and demographic diversity. Máximo has two BA in Economics and Law from UC3M University, a MA in Economics from the College of Europe and a M.Ed of Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University. He worked as a consultant for Deloitte and participated in many international initiatives and programs such as the WISE Learners’ Voice program. Máximo speaks fluently English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Galician.
