Monica Ramos is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Musa, an edtech startup from Peru that is transforming how learning reaches underserved populations. At Musa, Monica leads operations and strategy to deliver scalable, inclusive, and high-impact educational solutions, particularly focused on upskilling and reskilling frontline workers and engaging communities through everyday platforms like WhatsApp.

Her work is grounded in the belief that education must meet people where they are. By leveraging technology, real-time data, and human-centered design, the Musa team has built tools that reduce barriers to access and deliver measurable learning outcomes. Since its inception in 2021, Musa has expanded across Latin America, forming partnerships with leading organizations in Peru, Chile, and Mexico, and reaching nearly 500,000 learners in the process.

Monica is passionate about using innovation to close educational gaps and promote lifelong learning for all. She is a vocal advocate for education as a driver of equity and opportunity.
