A Mechanical Engineer trained at the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, Neeraj Agarwal worked in various industries before joining NIIT, a leading talent training organisation, in 1993. He headed NIIT’s global Content and Publishing group, which develops eLearning content for customers worldwide; led some of the company’s largest projects; and was instrumental in setting up the factory model for content development, a first in India. He also oversaw the Hole-in-the-Wall Education Ltd learning kiosk implementation. He is now the NIIT Foundation’s Project Director in charge of setting up employability training projects for underprivileged youth in India.
