Mingxin Ye, obtained LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Peking University Law School, LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School as Marc Haas Public Interest Fellow. She worked as a public interest lawyer and chief researcher in one of the biggest labor NGOs in China for six years. In 2016, she co-founded Plan C which has grown into an impactful social enterprise promoting critical thinking and civic education in China.
