Murugesh Nagaraju is an educator at heart and has worked with the Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore for 20 years. His experience in MOE included some years in headquarters, developing teachers using professional development tools, such as Learning Circles. He has represented MOE internationally, presenting Learning Circles to the Hong Kong Education Bureau.

He is a passionate facilitator and corporate trainer whose key competencies lie in the areas of People Management and Leadership training, Interpersonal Communication skills, Presentation skills, Personal Effectiveness and Team Building. He is highly adept in connecting with people and putting them at ease, while pushing them to reflect deeply to make empowering decisions.
