Natalie is a social equity advocate that is dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged populations through education and technology. At Visa, she is on the Social Impact team where she drives business planning and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals of driving financial inclusion. She is also the founder DearSociety, a nonprofit that empowers economically disadvantaged youth through education, mentorship, and scholarship. Natalie holds a business degree from Howard University and is pursuing a master’s at the University of Cambridge, studying AI ethics and its societal implications.
