Mr. Ngo Van Cuong, has been working since 2008 at the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) – a socio-political organisation of Vietnamese youth. From 2015 to 2019, he served as Head of the Department of Rural Youth – in charge of the education on climate change for youth. After becoming the Secretary in March 2021, this field remains as one of his main duties. Under his leadership, the HCYU has actively cooperated with domestic and international partners to successfully implement Schemes and projects of the Party, and the Government.
