We started in 2016 as a group of very passionate university students raising money for a 6 year old boy’s heart surgery at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne. We started tutoring classes, where every student who attended would pay $10, and that money would go towards fundraising. Once we’d raised the $147,000 required for the surgery, we saw that we loved what we’d created and the community that we’d created. So, we decided to continue with our project and, thus, Happy Brain Education was born!
