World Class Scholars (WCS) is a free, real time, online student-exchange program partnering schools and students in South Carolina with other schools and students around the world. The project enables students to establish personal relationships, learn together about the world around them and possibly win scholarship money and other prizes. WCS has extensive international educational and industrial connections.
