Priya Agrawal is the Founder-Director of Antarang Foundation. Antarang bridges the gap between education and employment for young adults from disadvantaged communities in urban India by introducing a long term career lens in their plans for the future. Over the last 5 years, Antarang has worked with over 30,000 students across Mumbai, Pune and Udaipur district. Antarang’s work is largely through existing government and private systems and focuses on repurposing and reorganising what is already available as career focused resources for adolescents and young adults. Prior to founding Antarang, Priya has led large organisations like The Akanksha Foundation, SNEHA and has worked for a decade in Advertising. Priya is an Ashoka Fellow, a Dasra Social Impact Leadership Program Fellow and an Unltd India Growth Challenge Fellow. She holds a Masters in Business Management.
