As the Head of EdTech at the World Innovation Summit (WISE), Victoria has been responsible for driving forward progressive EdTech related policy and research. In partnership with Qatar Foundation stakeholders and Qatar’s Ministry of Education (MOE), Victoria has been part of a collaborative effort to establish Qatar as an EdTech hub within the Middle East / MENA region.
