Haya Al-Thani is an educator who was once a teacher and is now an Alumni Specialist at Teach for Qatar. She co-hosts the podcast “WHY: With Haya & Yousra” with Yousra Shibeika; together they are adamant to work for the betterment of the educational process. Their podcast explores different topics within the ecosystem of education; their topics revolve around self-reflection, analyzing the education system, and teacher-student relationships. Through the podcast, they aim to increase the relatability of teaching and draw the listener closer to the school experience, as everyone is, and should be, a stakeholder in the educational process.
