Dana Khalid Safa is a high school student based in Qatar whose advocacy journey began through the Student Voice Accelerator at Teach For All, where she deepened her belief that student voices matter. Since then, she has worked to amplify those voices meaningfully. She is the founder of Rukn, a nonprofit organization helping students build essential life and social skills, and hosts a podcast that highlights student experiences and personal growth.

Dana has also been part of the STEM AFS Accelerator, later returning as a mentor to support the next cohort of young changemakers, gaining experience through the University of Pennsylvania. Her work led her to join the Global Advisory Council at the Teach For All Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future, contributing to global discussions on improving learning environments.
