Dr. Alison Wood is a pioneering academic, education changemaker, teacher and writer. She’s currently Academic Director of Homerton Changemakers, University of Cambridge, a whole-person education programme focused on equipping students to be WISE change-agents in a disrupted, intensely challenging world.

Her work draws on 20 years’ experience building high-impact cross-sector & transdisciplinary research initiatives – at the University of Adelaide, King’s College London & Cambridge – alongside a research career in the history of intellectual institutions and universities. She’s worked in 8 different disciplines, spent 10 years as a professional musician, and has long-standing interests in the future of work, sustainable and regenerative futures, whole-system thriving, and the future of education.
