Olivia leads the Institute’s Compass Project, supporting young women in communities affected by deprivation, hate crime, and extremism, to develop a stronger sense of empowerment, identity and belonging. Her work has included the design and implementation of the three project components; including group mentoring sessions with professional female mentors, university workshops and international videoconferences for the students who participate. Olivia’s career has focused on the support and development of young people whose have been affected by poverty, discrimination and conflict.
