Victoria Shiroma Wilson is the President of Exceptional Futures Inc., which provides consulting and coaching services to empower world-class organizations to discover their purpose, create inclusive cultures and invest in their people. In addition to serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner for leaders in educational, philanthropic, and corporate settings, she holds graduate degrees in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University as well as in Asian studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Her undergraduate degree is in international relations, Japanese, and East Asian studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Victoria is a doctoral candidate in the Global Executive Doctor of Education program at the University of Southern California.
