Founder and CEO of TinyIvy, Zach is an experienced entrepreneur, product manager, technologist, and project leader. Zach completed his BA in Economics and MS in Technology Management at Columbia University, after which he co-founded a healthcare technology company serving as Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Zach led the scaling of CipherHealth’s product suite from pre-revenue through $25M in annual recurring revenue. Zach was also responsible for creation and management of the operational systems underpinning every aspect of company growth, including strategy development, sales and marketing automation, financial modeling, and forecasting. Zach directly managed a $6M/YR budget, a team of 70+ individuals, and developed a product portfolio that included two #1 ranked products. He also led the planning for CipherHealth’s fundraising efforts, helping secure over $45M in investment over his 8 years with the firm. Zach’s commitment to a high performance culture led to his prior firm being ranked as #5 in Crain’s Best Places to Work in NYC. Prior to this, Zach was a consultant who specialized in complex technology optimizations and large-scale project and project portfolio management. Zach is the inventor of TIPS and taught the first pilot group in an afterschool program in Harlem, NYC.
