José Augusto de Melo Neto is Master in Education, Information Technology Specialist and MBA in Project Management; Director of Amazonas Media Center for Education, managing the Distance Learning in the Amazon Forest Project, WISE Award in 2009. He also took part at WISE summit in 2010 and 2011.
