Hongdou (Debby) Zhong is the founder of Edmmersion Academy, which advocates diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) by providing Global Citizenship Education (GCE) through English training for non-native English-speaking students and teachers from K-12 to higher education and by investing education technology. Debby is also the Director of Research in Education Innovation at a U.S. based EdTech company MobLab. Previously, Debby worked at the USC Price School of Public Policy’s Office of Global Engagement. She earned her Master of Public Administration degree from University of Southern California, a bachelor’s degree from University of the Arts, London, and a college diploma from Monash University in Australia.
