Ngoc Nguyen is a senior at Georgetown University in Qatar and an Education Above All Youth Advocate. She is passionate about journalism and is the co-founder of the publication The Georgetown Gazette. As a youth advocate, she is passionate about research-based and data-driven advocacy. She previously participated in the 2019 Doha Learning Days and 2019 WISE conference.
