Teach For All Chief Leadership Officer

Radha Ruparell is the Chief Leadership Officer at Teach For All, supporting a global network of locally rooted leaders across 60+ countries to ensure all children can fulfill their potential. She also serves as Chief Learning Officer at the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future, where her work focuses on inner transformation and systems change.

Radha has worked across sectors advising CEOs, Fortune 500 executives, social entrepreneurs, and frontline leaders on strategy, innovation, leadership development, and organizational transformation. In global health, she helped pioneer partnerships that expanded access to medicines for millions of children, and she co-founded Youth to Youth (Y2Y), the World Bank’s largest youth-led movement.

She sits on the board of the Open Future Institute, is a Salzburg Global Fellow, and hosts The People First Community Talks, a global series advancing new models of leadership. She is the author of Brave Now and co-editor of What Leadership Do We Need Now?

Radha holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
