Prior to this, Nikita was a strategy analyst at LinkedIn, working with corporations, higher education institutions and governments to craft data-driven learning and development strategies for their workforce and citizens. As a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and a University of Oxford alumna, Nikita previously co-founded Unbox, a venture that empowers students to break into unconventional career paths through connecting them to real world experience. Nikita is on a personal mission to democratise education to mobilise people around the problems that matter.
