Jeffrey Dow is the Regional Education Technical Advisor for the Asia Region for the IRC since April 2020, covering education emergency response and developmental programming in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar and elsewhere in the wider region. Previously, Jeffrey was the Senior Regional Education Advisor for the Middle East for Save the Children (2017-2020). Jeffrey has worked as a classroom teacher and teacher trainer, and focuses on the critical nature of teachers’ support in improving literacy, numeracy and social emotional learning outcomes for children.
