Abderrahmane is an alumnus of Teach For Qatar (TFQ) and a trained life and executive coach. He obtained a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Hamad bin Khalifa University, Qatar. His research was on investigating the impact of life-coaching in increasing levels of well-being of middle school students in Qatar. He taught as a TFQ fellow in public schools for four years. He now leads the expansion project at Academyati – a Qatar Foundation school that is reimagining K-12 education in Qatar and beyond.

Before falling in love with education, Abderrahmane worked as a Petroleum Geoscientist and holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Geoscience from Petronas University, Malaysia.
